Residential and commercial services are both provided by Tithof Construction. Free estimate with a 30 day price quote guarantee will be provided to residential customers.
We bid commerical jobs along with providing estimates to smaller businesses with the same 30 day price quote guarantee.

Senior Citizen Clause
Sometimes our seniors in the community need help with small things, such as changing light bulbs, changing batteries in smoke detectors, etc. We will provide this service for them, usually on the same day. The cost of service like this is based on what the senior feels they can pay comfortably.
If you are a senior or know a senior that needs help with some minor tasks, give us a call or send an e-mail. We will try to help in anyway possible.
